Health goal
At a glance:
- Our medicine picks you up no matter where you are, because each person has their own individual story.
- Based on your needs, you formulate a clear goal that is achievable, measurable and foreseeable for you.
- Both the doctor and you must work together towards this goal, otherwise it won't work - you make a "pact" with her, so to speak.
- With this pact, your goal in mind and the necessary motivation and patience, you will reach your health goal.
Formulating a health goal together
A clear goal to make your health succeed.
How do you formulate a goal?
To formulate a good goal, it must meet the following criteria :
- The goal must be relevant to you and have meaning for you. In other words, you should want to achieve it.
- It must be a goal that is clear and understandable.
- A goal must be specific and as detailed as possible.
- This goal should be formulated positively. So not "I don't want to get out of breath when climbing stairs", but "I want to be able to breathe well when climbing stairs".
- The time periodin which the goal is to be achieved must be clear.
- A goal must be measurable to be verifiable .
- The goal must be realistic .
What the treatment means for you and for us
If you follow these criteria, it should become clear what an achievable goal should look like for you. You formulate this during and after the anamnesis together with Dr. Kunert, who develops your therapy plan for you, so that you both always keep an eye on what you are working towards. If your goals change over time, we are happy to adjust them and the therapy plan. Nothing is set in stone and life sometimes gets in the way.
However, it is important to understand that while some damage to one's health occurs quickly, most of it develops over years and decades. Accordingly, it usually takes a considerable amount of time to reverse these processes and for a significant improvement in the condition to occur. It requires at least a few months, up to a few years, depending on what history you come with. So this patience in dealing with your own health is extremely important. One session is not enough..
Your "pact" with the doctor
Your cooperation is just as important, because you forge a "pact" with the doctor. Both have their tasks. Dr. Kunert designs the path for you, explains it with its important connections and coaches you for it continuously, monitors, keeps an overview, coordinates other specialists. However, you have to go this path yourself, even if it means that you have to change or restrict your daily routine. You will not get a "miracle product" from us, even if that would be nice. Our very basic and holistic medicine is built on evidence-based methods that are logical, simple and gentle. We practice medicine the way it should be.
We can offer our consultation to privately insured patients as well as to patients with statutory health insurance as self-pay patients. You can easily book appointments in our preventive medicine yourself via our online calendar here:
